Brown sugar sweet potato syrup

First, we wash and dice a few small red dates and a small piece of ginger for later use.

Take a clean small pot. Put in the processed red dates and ginger, pour in an appropriate amount of purified water, bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

While cooking we process the sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes. This time I used sweet potatoes with red hearts, which tasted especially good.

Peel the sweet potatoes and wash them.


Cut into suitable pieces, then soak in water for a few minutes, then remove.

Take a clean wok, do not put oil in the wok, add sweet potato cubes, and fry on high heat for a few minutes, the purpose is to fry some water.

Pay attention, the surface of the sweet potato pieces is getting dry, you can turn off the fire.

Note: During the frying process, the fire can be properly reduced (to avoid burning). Dry fry the sweet potato pieces in this way, and the color of the sugar water will be clearer in the end.

Rinse the fried sweet potato cubes in cold water.

At this time, the jujube and ginger soup is almost ready. Remove the red dates and ginger, and only keep the soup in the pot.

Add sweet potato cubes, bring to a boil over high heat, then add an appropriate amount of brown sugar, turn to low heat and cook for about 5-8 minutes until the sweet potato cubes are cooked and slightly soft, then turn off the heat.

Goji Berry Osmanthus Pear Soup

It was only when I was in the north that I really came into contact with the little sugar water of pear soup. (Probably because the climate in our hometown of Chongqing is very humid all year round, hehe.) One winter, I drank a cup of pear soup in an inconspicuous small restaurant in the imperial capital. I have forgotten the taste now, but there is a word- Shu Tan, I will remember it from then on. When autumn and winter come, I buy some pears and cook some pear soup to drink. It feels very good.

Some people may say, wouldn’t it be over if you just eat pears? Still struggling to cook the soup, is there something wrong? hey-hey. This is really not superfluous. Because everyone knows that pears are cool in nature, and many people actually feel a little uncomfortable if they eat them directly. Then, with the simple cooking method and other small ingredients, the pear soup made will taste better and be more beneficial to the body and mind.

This time, the family sent a lot of big pears to the courier, and I couldn't finish it. It will be a waste if you don't finish it, so you can simply boil pear soup.

Note: To make pear soup, use large pears with sufficient water content, do not use varieties such as Xiangfei pears, those are not suitable.

Note: Some friends said that the pear skin should be kept and boiled together, so that it will be more moist and nutritious, and the soup will be more viscous. This is indeed. But I'm really a little incapable of accepting Lipi. You can refer to it when you do it, hehe.

Peach Gum Red Date Tremella Soup



Since I was a child, I prefer to drink white fungus soup. Once, my grandmother made white fungus soup, but the white fungus was not cooked well, it was crunchy and not tasty at all. In my heart, tremella must be soft and glutinous to be delicious! (In my case, I stubbornly think that, please don’t argue with me, haha!)

As for peach gum, it may be exaggerated too much now, saying that it has this effect and that effect. To be honest, I don't believe in those "magic effects". Hehe, that's how I see it, let's eat these things once in a while. Don't exaggerate some things, it's really unnecessary. And it doesn't mean that everyone is suitable for eating certain ingredients, but also according to their own physical condition.

In addition, no matter how good things are, there is no need to eat them every day. Moderation and moderation should not be exaggerated. I think everything must be viewed dialectically!


First of all, peach gum is soaked one day in advance.


This is soaked for 24 hours (put it in the refrigerator for soaking), and the soaking is ready. Rinse away impurities, etc., and wash them clean.


One tremella, soak for 2 hours.

After soaking, rinse and tear into small flowers.

The big red dates are also ready, wash them, remove the pits, and process them into small pieces.

Use an electric pressure cooker, put in white fungus, pour in an appropriate amount of pure water, and press for 1 hour.

Note: You can also use an ordinary pot to cook on a gas stove, which takes a long time, please arrange and adjust by yourself.


After the program is automatically exhausted, open the pot, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, pour in peach gum, and press for another 40 minutes.

After this program is pressed and exhausted, open the pot, put in the processed red dates, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, and you can eat slowly!


It is very convenient to use an electric pressure cooker to make white fungus soup, and you can do other things by yourself while pressing, which is very efficient! Have a bowl of peach gum, red dates and white fungus soup, it's delicious!
